Yes. You can increase, decrease, pause, or cancel your monthly gift at any time. Every email receipt includes a link to manage your giving, or you can contact our team directly for help.
Bus Pass Membership operates as a nonprofit organization. In most cases, your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. After donating, you will receive an email receipt containing all the information you may need for your records and tax filing.
We work with local partners including workforce centers, schools, shelters, and healthcare providers. These partners identify individuals and families for whom transportation is a clear barrier to stability or opportunity. Bus passes are then distributed directly through those partners using a simple, accountable process.
Yes. Our mission is hyper-local. 100% of membership donations are used to fund programs in our city and surrounding neighborhoods unless you choose to designate your gift for a specific partner community.
Absolutely. Many local businesses, congregations, and community groups join at the Route Builder level or higher. We’re happy to coordinate group recognition and provide custom impact updates for your team.
